These are amazing! But I think the artist mixed up Ares and Capricorn.
if you're looking to make a gerudo try to avoid the belly dancer outfit they wear in game, it's not actually what anyone would wear in the desert much less a swordsman. try looking up pakistani and iraqi traditional wear as a place to start, you'll find plenty of neat clothes!
I appreciate the advice, though I am trying to keep SOME traditional Zelda features in this. Maybe blend something together? I dunno. Mostly I was thinking in terms of hairstyle and personality.
Was thinking about making her the stick-in-the-mud who gets grouchy about others getting sidetracked from ‘the mission’, but that idea’s been done to death in a LOT of games.
That said, I appreciate the suggestion and will keep it in mind!
Just imagine a world full of beautiful stained glass windows which also generate electricity…

So... I’m trying to design a unique Gerudo swordswoman for that Zelda RPG, and I’m having trouble... Anyone got some pointers or a character I can just borrow?
Current version of the map of Hyrule for that Zelda game I’m working on. This is just the default tiles of RPG Maker MV, and, if this layout works, I’ll be hopefully redoing it with a proper, custom tileset.
And yes, the snowy region is blank for a reason.
"Grump” appears in three episodes spanning decades — sowing fear and chaos and inspiring a political march down Sesame Street.
this is what radical political comedic satire looks like
im Here for publicly funded jokes at his expense
Anyway, here’s how to donate to Sesame Street and support PBS with donations. Talking about how awesome a thing is can be great if you also take action to support it.
i’m not too familiar with Dungeon Meshi yet but i’m starting to fall in love with Ryoko Kui’s character design work
bonus very good advice:

Ha! So true.
This was my approx-60-year-old mother’s thought too.
The next character for my Zelda RPG who isn’t Link: Thuugg the Moblin.
Going with the bulldog-style design for this, I’m thinking pig-style moblins will also appear, but that’s neither here nor there at the moment. Thuugg here is a sort of pacifist who is more than a little bit of a coward. As such, his intended main role is to be the healer, also a bit of a tank so he doesn’t have to be babied (though I hope my writing skills will make you want to protect this cinnamon roll of a moblin). Maybe following Link around will get some courage rubbed off on him.
Also, that skull headdress he’s wearing is a carved wood mask, not an actual skull.
I know I should probably design my Link and Linkel (because you’ll be getting the option to play either or), but I kinda wanna design the other party members, since I got no ideas what to do to make my Link unique while still being Link.

Looking forward to what comes next :)
ASDFGHJKL I’ll try not to disappoint! ;w;/
Last night, I showed off Covarog, today I present Ope, this octopus-head zora belonging to @mewshuuartblog, and a sorta nasty piece of work he is to. He’s a vicious sorceror who you’ll most likely have to beat and effectively force to help. =w=;
Nothing is really concrete about this game yet aside from that this time, Link is not gonna be fighting alone.
I really ought to get a theme for this old blog... Spruce it back up a little...
Introducing Covarog, a Legend of Zelda fan character created by @s-kinnaly who is the second oldest of a bunch of children from a ZeldaxGanondorf pairing (the oldest being Zelda’s daughter from before they hooked up, who is a girl!Link), used in @figmentforms‘s A Tale of Two Rulers. Lots of text under the cut.
