I spent years dreaming up my ideal sponge bath scenario: I am on a sun-lounger beside the water in the southern coast of France. Jean-Paul, my manservant, brings me one-half of a glass of champagne and a tub of guacamole. He feeds me the guacamole out of his hand than rinses his hand in the sea.
