Well a whole lot has changed since I’ve last been here.

Can I do it?

Visiting a new place is a hard combination of amazing and exhausting. For me, the whole traveling process creates an extreme amount of anxiety that leads to exhaustion once I arrive in the location. Which leads me to being kind of cranky and anxious the entire trip. But I always push through because I love traveling. I love to people watch in different cultures. I love to have stories that start with "When I was traveling in...". I love seeing outside of the small bubble that I usually exist in.

Something that I always wanted to do while traveling is to write about my experiences and tell a story. I am trying to find my voice in my writing, hopefully writing about the things that I love to do will be the tool to find the voice I've been looking for.

I don’t get to cook/eat dinner a lot because Family Based. So I took vacation as an opportunity to cook/eat a whole lot. 1. Steak, grilled asparagus, and baked sweet potato. 2. Homemade pasta with pesto, chicken, and tomatoes. 3. Homemade pasta and tomato sauce with turkey meatballs. 4. Salmon with grilled veggies and rice.
