Reprogramming: Why You Should Do It!!
I wanna preface this by saying i am not a professional (obviously) and may make some mistakes.
So! Reprogramming; what is it? Well, during our childhood, ages 0-7 to be exact, our minds have been programmed and wired to accept certain things as the undeniable cold hard truth. So, when you see things that go against that truth, your brain fights against it and squashes it down! When you are shifting, it’s not that your surroundings aren’t changing or whatever, it’s just that your brain notices that your shifting, goes “oh hell nah” and tries to get rid of the changes in your beliefs by filtering away the fact that you are shifting. It does this by giving you doubts; “am I doing it right?” “Oh I moved, I messed up the method!” “There’s no way shifting is actually real…” etc! But how do we fix this? Well, neuroplasticity. This brings us back to reprogramming. Reprogramming is used to add shifting and other self-concept into those beliefs hardwired to our brains to smoothen the transition to your dr/manifestation.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO REPROGRAM TO SHIFT!!
But it can certainly help! A tip for reprogramming is to use the hypnogogic state or the hypnopompic state (that is the fuzzy state ur in as you wake up.) Your brain will accept things as truth easier.
it also does that in your dreams so I suppose you can use lucid dream to but like at that point you might as well shift without reprogramming cus like….your lucid-dreaming.
ANYWAYS some people like robotic affirmations because it is continuous affirmations that don’t let you have space for doubts, but I personally don’t like them, idk.
Everyone’s shifting journey is personal. Some might like shifting away, some asleep. Some might reprogram, some might jump straight into it. Don’t be discouraged because the way you feel is right for you in shifting isn’t what everyone else is doing!!
We are all different people, with different hardwired beliefs, and different areas of strength or comfortablility.
