The Human Fury Inhabits:

The life of a Savage was always something that many people envied. Privilege would only begin to describe it. For Sarafina life was always something she enjoyed. Parties and money that seemed to be endless she honestly couldn’t ask for more. With her sister by her side they could practically take on the world. Well that would be if she could get over the oppressive boredom of it all. Now, don’t get it wrong the money was something she always enjoyed. The jewels and anything that sparkled was something that made her smile but sometimes she needed to find her own type of entertainment. If that meant she had to toy with someone else for the day then so be it. What really mattered was the fact that she just happened to be getting what she wanted.

Someone could try to look back into her past to explained her tendency to manipulate and use people, regardless of who they were. Only problem would be that they wouldn’t find much. The life of luxury didn’t leave much for wanting and it wasn’t one of those stories where Sarafina needed more love from her family or her parents. A twin sister was enough and the only thing  she needed. The rest would just be collateral, more than like damaged as well. Maybe they would see that she was searching for an outlet for her displeasure? Thing was she enjoyed every piece of it, more importantly she enjoyed playing people like a finely tuned piano. It wasn’t everyday they fell into place so easily. What was even better was when they tried to fight back.. Tried being the operative word. Honestly all she could do was laugh about it.. every single day. The only way someone could possibly get a real rise out of her would be when they went after her sister Mara, that was one sure way for someone to end up dead, or wishing they were.

From elementary to high school, life passed like a basic teen movie. Sarafina played the role of Head Bitch in Charge and she played it damn well. No one would possibly forget her name even if they wanted to. Everyone knew her personally one way or another, although they did tend to be scarred after meeting her, what could she say? With the basic shit in the past her and her sister moved into the world on their own. Moving to New York for ‘college’ was really just the next step. The elite of the East Coast society was different than the west coast but there wasn’t a single thing that she couldn’t tackle. With her sister by her side she could take down any hierarchy with a lift of an eyebrow. She never would it admit it out loud, except to maybe Mara, but there was something pulling her towards New York. She couldn’t really explain it but it felt like the right place to be. New York had no idea what it was in for and everything was about to get a little more Savage.
