This was one of my favorite episodes because it showed us just a tiny glimpse into their relationship. Look at the look he’s giving her. Either it’s he’s just so happy to see her or it’s he really wants to… *clears throat* do the do. And she’s just as happy as could be. She’s not worried at all, she completely trusts him to keep her safe. And I just think it’s kind of beautiful.

#I want to be in his head for that last gif #like #she’s been telling him#over and over #she’s there for him #with him #by his side #forever #and yet he still doesn’t believe it #because she’ll leave #either of her own free will or because he sends her away or because something happens to her. #That’s what happens with all those who travel with him. #But not Rose. #Twice he’s sent her away #to keep her safe #let go of her to keep her from falling into one of those other categories#and both times she’s come back #and he’s finally accepting it #finally realizing she means it when she says forever #and he’s confused #because why would someone so bright want to stay with him? #and he’s terrified because he’s going to lose her #he knows he is #and accepting that she’ll do everything within her power #that she’ll go beyond that even #to stay with him #it’ll only make it harder when she’s gone.
