Where have I been? Well I had my baby girl Liliana 17 days ago. Lily decided she wanted to poop before she came into the world and subsequently spent 5 days in intensive care but is fantastic and healthy and now I have 2 babies. Pictured is my baby holding my other baby. On a personal level, it was a very fast and it was very painful, managed to give birth in the pool which actually helped a lot with the physical birthing of the baby and then I spent 5 days taking care of lily I left her once to see the midwife. Seeing her with all the things hooked up to her in the incubator and the cannula and oxygen was probably one of the worst things I've ever had to experience one minute your baby is sleeping next to you and then all of a sudden she's struggling to breathe. Alas. We are home. Lily is perfect and was probably the biggest baby in nicu she was 9lbs 11oz
