I took the morning to actually get around to doing apple things in the kitchen instead of just at work. ;) Applesauce with some of our Sweet 16's and a couple of other varieties cooked up soo fast, and then I got fancy and made cream tart with the rest of the Sweet 16's with some amazing Rosalee and Beauty, and Melrose for good measure.
