Look at Lucifer’s face in the second gif when Chloe finally tells him that she loves him. The happy shock, the peace, the sadness and heartbreak that he’s going to leave, probably forever. That mixture of smile and tears. And when they kiss, Lucifer knows it’s their last kiss. He cries into the kiss. So does Chloe. Because she knows he’s saying goodbye. Their kiss is tender, sad and full of love. Tragic. Beautifully tragic. I love this scene.
