It is made from raw mangoes and is yellow to very light green in color, and is consumed as a tasty and healthy beverage to fight against the intense Indian summer heat. In most instances, mint leaves are added which enhances the green colour. Cover and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles or until mango is cooked well. Cool it completely. Transfer the paste into a bowl. Roast 5th mango on gas stove & peeled it after cool it at room temperature. Take a bowl, add 1 tbsp fennel seeds and water and let it soak for a few minutes. For Masala In a pan, add cumin seeds, green cardamom pods, black pepper and salt to taste dry roast them well. Let it cool down. Take a jar, add roasted mango, mango paste, soaked fennel seeds, roasted masala, sugar, mint leaves and grind it into a smooth paste.
