your process: the way you sorted your package.
I wasn't sure of the dimensions the carboard sheet needed to have in order for me to do the packaging, so I bought the largest one I could find, and thank God I did, because I ended up not using only a few centimiters of it. I knew how i wanted the packaging to look like: I wanted it to be easy to transport, and I wanted it to be just one piece and not the lid separated from the rest of the box, so I made this almost portfolio-like box. which in my head, it kind of looks like a keyboard case.
The problems that you have faced and how you've sorted them
So far, the biggest problem I've had has to do with the musical boxes that are supposed to go inside the snake. There are loads of places where you can buy them from online, the problem is they only sell in batches of 5,000 units as a minimum purchase, so I've been looking for them in other places. I found a store that sells them in Mexico city, so hopefully I'll be able to buy it from there and get in by next week.
What you learned from the lectures we had:
-->Lecture with the graphic desighner, if it worked and why or if it didn't and why. It worked because it helped me get a clearer idea of how I wanted my package to look like, both in the design of the box itself and the way the name and slogan of the product should be presented in the packaging.
-->Lecture about 'getting to children', if it worked and why or if it didn't and why.
It worked because it helped me think of the colors that I should be using in my packaging in order to make the concept of the product attract the parents of little babies, and overall, how to get to them.
-->Lecture about your packaging, if it worked and why or if it didn't and why.
It did help because I was able to finally decide on the kind of materials I was going to use for my product and how to make it easy to carry around. It aslo helped me in deciding how to make it look interesting, in order to attract the buyer.
