So, on the off chance that anybodyās still following this blog, I figured Iād go ahead and lay out some news.
Iām officially abandoning this blog for now.
I wonāt delete it, since there /is/ a chance it may come back, or that I may repurpose it, but recently Iāve sorta lost touch (and interest) with Sare.
She still means a lot to me, so I donāt plan to abandon her completely. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if my art over on @zorletos wonāt continue to feature her, but RPwise Iām just kinda not feeling it.
If/when I /do/ bring her back, sheāll be a different person.
If any of you are familiar with Wise Sare, I plan to steer her more towards her shamanistic roots and RP her that way, bring her closer in tone to her mother, but with a bit of added spice that is distinctly Sare. Regardless; That wonāt be possible until after Legion.
Depending on how ambitious Iām feeling, I might start a comic exploring this transformation. If that ends up happening, Iāll post it here.
Ultimately, I think the problem I was having is that Sare was too many things in one. And although that doesnāt make her a bad /character/, it does make trying new characters hard. In the time since I stopped RPing Sare, Iāve come out with a plethora of new characters, which Iāll be laying out on my main blog soonā¢Ā
Regardless, I thank you for all your support and hope to see you on the flip side.
Due to recent events, DragonSare is officially voided.
I will no longer respond to any prompts/RPs under that AU, although I might post some plans I had for her in the coming... whenever.
However, Sare originated as a dragon, so there may be some weirdness in the coming days as I review her character to ensure there arenāt any loose ends lying about.
The X for Sarelya being caught skinny dipping after we finish the other two things <.<
Lakes. Sarelya likes Lakes. She was in one right now, in fact. Good lake, too. The runoff allowed it to maintain a rather pristine look, and the smooth, earthen floor meant she didnāt have to worry about splintering a hoof.
Sarelya sighed contently, Stretching out at the edge of the lake and closing her eyes, enjoying the atmosphere and the soothing, calm voices of the elements.
After a while, she decided to begin whistling a jaunty, upbeat tune, her tail flicking beneath the water.
Then, she heard a light rustling, opening her eyes and turning her eyes to the nearby forest, spotting a lone, (probably terrified), Worgen. āHiya woofie~!ā she chirped, abandoning her tune to wave at the newcomer, seemingly unbothered by her nudeness.
Just a heads up to the faggots who actually wanna RP with me:
Due to the nature of Legion, Sareās actually going to be taking the back seat for a while, due to the fact she wouldenāt be on the front lines. Iām actually going to be bringing back a couple of shelved characters with this expac.
TL;DR: Iām most likely to be on Mƶonshroud and ErĆÆka this expac, But also look out for Azurii and Anniepeyton.
Sarelya herself will spend most of her time in stormwind in the coming month, but after that will primarily be found in the Broken Isles. Details below the cut.
For the first couple of weeks itās gonna aalll be my demon hunter, Mƶonshroud.
Brynn Moonshroud is an Illidari traditionalist with a strong commitment to duty. She feels āmaking niceā with the Alliance should not take precedence over the job of an Illidari, and that alcohol is a detriment that no Illidari should partake in.
She considers your garden-variety Stormwind Demon Hunter to be a disgrace to Lord Illidan whom is no better than a warlock, and thus deserves to be culled.
Sheāll be found exclusively in the broken isles until the end of the expac, but please, feel free to PM me xD Iād love an excuse to RP her.
Next up is ErĆÆka. Assuming I can get her up to max level in time, sheāll probably end up being my main this expac due to her flexibility with the story. Sheāll also be spending a fair amount of time in Broken Isles, but unlike Moonshroud, sheāll stop by Stormwind every now and again. xD
Erika Alāabim draws her heritage from both Tanaris and Lordaeron, being born onto a farm in Lordaeron shortly prior to the Third War. Following the death of her father, A young Erika found herself in the hands of the Scarlet Crusade, Where sheād spend a good chunk of her early adulthood, before growing disillusioned and escaping into the night. Although she still remains heavily religious, she no longer trusts preachers, nor the religious institutions they serve. For this reason, She refuses to join the Church of the Holy Light, and often criticizes it for being ācorruptā, regardless of any facts to the contrary. Due to the lack of other skills, she makes a meager living taking āmoralā mercenary jobs, refusing shady contracts.
After that, Iāve got Azurii (Sareās Mother), whom Iām not entirely sure how sheāll interact with Legion yet, But Iām trying to bring into the fold anyways, aswell as Anniepeyton (generic westfall girl), who I /should/ be able to play whenever, as long as itās on native shores. Sare herself is going to spend the next month or so training in the Stormwind Military before deploying that way.
I apologize about my abysmal lack of content on this blog lately. I havenāt been feeling the motivation for Tumblr RP lately.
I have, however, been roleplaying over on RPH Heaven, a private WoW server. Itās pretty dope, tbh. You can wear literally any item in the game and crossfaction communication is possible, among other things. The community can be kinda elitist at times and the installation can look intimidating at first, but I think itās worth it, personally.
If youāre growing dissatisfied with Wyrmrest or w/e, Iād go ahead and give it a look.Ā
Iām usually on Sarelya, Kelrana Sunshade, or Bellane. (Oh: Another thing - spaced names.)
Other than that, Iām not sure where to take the blog for the time being. Iāll probably post the occasional quote, but I think for now Iāll be taking this blog in a more OOC direction.
