C Student: "I don't have a B. I am such a stupid ass. I hate myself. I am such a disappointment."

B Student: "I don't have an A. I am an idiot. Nothing I ever do is good enough. I try so hard but its still not enough. I am such a dumb ass. I am such a disappointment."

A Student: "I don't have all As. I will never get into a good college. My parents will never be proud of me. I need a 100% on this test or I might as well have failed. I hate myself. I am worthless."

Rarely do students ever feel like they are good enough, regardless of their accomplishments.
