I live in a normal country where home schooling isn't a thing and will never be a thing so thankfully this is not an issue that even bears discussion in my life, that said, there's absolutely no justified, innocent or normal reason in the world you could give to advocate for keeping your child isolated from the broader social group and creating a sectarian feeling where the other is a danger/less than you/non-trustworthy person, there's no normal world in which you need to keep your child hidden behind the walls of your house and in close contact with only your family while not allowing the State to see them. There's a reason why schools are the main detectors of intra-family abuse, sexual abuse, etc, there's also a reason why teachers spend so many years studying a singular subject where the knowledge is peer-reviewed with scientific methods use and the knowledge gets updated regularly
