Finished Posting Everything!

All 3,696 pictures have been posted! This means that I will no longer be spamming posts, so if you want to follow this blog now then by all means. 

A big thank you, everyone!

I want to thank everyone, new and old fans of ultimateask, who has supported me, this blog and the old one, and ultimateask these past three weeks. To think in such a short time there would be over 160 people following either blog and well over 4,000 notes blows my mind. From the bottom of my heart thank you for all of the overwhelming amount of support. Especially to the kind people who sent asks of encouragement. Thank you so much. 

So what’s next? What are you going to do?

I have several things on my to-do list: double check the old blog for any posts I missed (most likely op asks or ultimatememeing ones), clean up the tags on posts, and brush up the tags and FAQ sections on this blog and the old one. I’m not sure yet what I’m going to do with the old @savingultimateask blog, but I don’t see any reason to delete it. But I am no longer going to reblog updates on the @savingultimateask blog, so follow this one. 

What can I do?

To continue supporting ultimateask, you guys can have fun going through the blog! There’s 1,200+ posts after all! 

Like and reblog posts! Reblogging helps spread the word that all of OP’s comics were reposted and attracts new fans to ultimateask. Use the tags page to search for your favorite comics and reblog them.

Send me an ask or message me directly if a) if there’s a comic I reposted you know what the ask was about and I don’t and b) if you or someone else you saw reblogged an ultimateask post that I had to repost. Send me an ask or DM me! On this blog or at my main blog @animercom. 

Follow this blog for updates and any last few comics I may have missed! 

Will ultimateask ever come back?

I don’t know. Not only did OP have to start working to help pay medical bills for his sister’s cancer and to help support her kids (see the previous post), but there are other factors preventing him from coming back as well. In the meantime, we can show our support to him by enjoying and spreading the word about this blog.

I may do edits to the header and/or icon redirecting everyone to the new @repostingultimateask blog, but I definitely won’t be deleting anything on this blog. There are some people who only know about this old blog and not the new reposting blog yet.

I did too, anon. I did too. That’s why I’m so glad everyone reblogged so many of his posts that the old blog caught the attention of OP! He gave me all of the posts so I can repost them.

Quick update but there’s 431 pics left - less than 500! 

And we hit over a hundred followers the other day! It’s a fraction of how many original followers OP had, but it blows my mind that a hundred old and new fans saw and follow this blog in just two weeks posting! (And that 100 people don’t hate me for spamming lol). You’re the real MVPs here. Thanks for all of the support!

I think I’m going to hit the limit for posting in one day soon so I’m going to stop here so I can post an update. 

936 posts. 3,696 pics to 917 pictures! Less than a thousand! I think I’m going to be able to post everything in a week’s time. 

I also want to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has supported the blog, new fans and old! It’s amazing to see how much the blog has grown in the past few days. Keep it up and don’t forget to reblog posts too to spread the word that I have and am posting all ultimatask posts! ^_^ 

I’m way late and forgot to say this last update, but I hope everyone who celebrates Easter had a good one!

There’s a photo limit for uploading posts in a day?! Wth tumblr, why? I’m not spamming anyone… Sees the number of followers to the right. Look, they signed up knowing it was coming. I gave them ample warning and it’s in the description. Sooo… I guess I’m done for today. XD Time to work on updating the tags section. 

648 posts. 3,696 pictures to 1,656 pictures! We’re past the halfway point!! Man, it’s crazy to think there’s nearly 650 posts and we only passed the halfway point. 

Oh and to the anon asking about the smoking crack/is that a fetish Hiyoko comic. I uploaded that today. Check out the hiyoko saionji tag at the bottom is for it. 

A huuuge thank you to everyone supporting this blog. It’s only been up a little more than a week but we nearly have 2,000 notes. That blows my mind. I hope you’re having fun going through this blog. Thank you for all the support!

3,796 pics down to 2,796 pics!! We’ve passed the 1000th mark! :D And lots of them today were new, recovered ones.

Excellent news!!! The OP of ultimateask contacted me recently and has given me ALL ultimateask posts. Everything. Every last comic. And he has given me permission to repost everything! 

However ultimateask will not be returning and creating new posts for the foreseeable future. 

Regarding ultimateask coming back, nothing has changed from before; I just gained all of his comics to post in the meantime. I can take questions like, “How long until you post everything?” and “Why doing another blog instead of this one?” etc. But out of respect for OP, I will NOT be acting as a mediating and fielding questions to him. Especially “Why did you leave?” (which already was explained here) and “When will you come back?”. I’m sorry. But I want to respect OP’s privacy. 

How will I be reposting everything?

I have created a new blog to repost everything @repostingultimateask​. He has given me 3,696 pictures - a picture for every panel - and it will take weeks to repost them all. Please be patience with me as I work hard in my free time to post them all. There are a lot of kinks to be worked out and decided upon in the upcoming weeks as I create and manage this new blog. 

As of this moment I do not know if I will be making use of the queue feature or just posting them directly, immediately. If I do the latter (which frankly will probably be easier for me), I will be spamming the ever living life out of that blog. SO FOLLOWERS BE AWARE. I ask that you wait to follow that blog until I post everything. Once I do I will make a post on this blog saying that I have, don’t worry.

Started posting!

I started posting some new ultimateask posts on the new blog @repostingultimateask.

However, I am spamming new posts, so I’d highly recommend to just check in and give a like, rb, posts on the repostingultimateask blog, not to follow it! As I said - I’m spamming!

If you were a fan of ultimateask and sad he deactivated his blog, I have good news! I’m the mod of @savingultimateask and I was recently contacted by the OP of ultimateask and he gave me all of the original Ultimateask posts!! I have every single comic he ever made! 

Over the next few weeks I’ll be reposting them on @repostingultimateask. It’s possible I will be spamming ultimateask posts so followers beware. Instead follow the old blog @savingultimateask for updates!

Hmm, so it was, anon. Good catch. It wasn’t me; I don’t know who they are. I just hope it’s someone with good intentions. If it’s OP, I’m sure he would have seen this blog already and have contacted me. As of now, I have yet to be contacted by anyone.
