#Sponsored #Unboxing #Setup #Use #SleepTracker #SleepMonitor ★ What is Emfit QS? ★ Emfit QS sleep tracker & monitor different aspect of your sleep and categorizes the things that can affect your sleep quality. As such it also can be used to monitor the progression of recovery which is great for those who are training, play sport, or those who just want to improve their sleep quality. This device works on its own and detects sleep regardless of the time and without the need to turn anything ON/OFF. Please see below for more. ★ Features ★ ➜ Sleep Score: It's a score calculated based on the duration of your sleep and the amount of Deep and REM cycles. ➜ Sleep Time: Shows the amount of time spent in bed and the amount of sleep. Bedtime excludes bed exits of less than 10 min. ➜ Sleep Classes or Cycle: It detects Light, REM, and Deep sleep periods and provides the amount of time for each, percentage to the total sleep time. It also provides the optimal range for each of the classes. ➜ Heart Rate Variability: It is calculated by the Root Mean Square of Successive Differences (RMSSD) which is widely accepted as a measure of parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) activity. According to Wikipedia, PNS is responsible for stimulation of "rest-and-digest" or "feed and breed" activities that occur when the body is at rest and complementary to that of the sympathetic nervous system (SNS), which is responsible for stimulating activities associated with the fight-or-flight response. For efficient recovery from training and stress, it is essential that the parasympathetic nervous system is active, and our body gets sufficient rest and replenishment. With HRV RMSSD value one can monitor what his/her general baseline value is and see how heavy exercise, stress, etc. factors influence it, and see when the value gets back to baseline, indicating for example capability to take another bout of heavy exercise. RMSSD value is highly individual and depends on age, gender, fitness level, stress level, lifestyle choices, etc. Generally, higher values indicate better health, fitness, etc. In the short term, RMSSD indicates readiness for the day, and in the long term, for example along with training, RMSSD values tend to climb up. Long term decrease in RMSSD may be an indication of approaching overtraining condition. ➜ Total Recovery: It's simply the difference between morning and evening RMSSD values. Usually, it should be positive, indicating that there has been efficient recovery and resting during the night. ➜ Integrated Recovery: It shows the total area of recovery during the whole night. ➜ Autonomic Nervous System Balance (ANS) Balance: It's shown on a diagram taking into account the Low Frequency (LF) and High Frequency (HF) as common frequency domain measures of heart rate variability. Ideally, the indicator should stay near the 50-50 shaded line between values of 25 and 75. Deviation beyond 25-75 or 75-25 line may be an indication of insufficient recovery, high or chronic stress, general fatigue or some other malfunction in your body. ➜ Heart Rate: It shows Average Beat per Minute (BPM) and average High/Low BPM ➜ Breathing Rate: Shown by average BPM which is the average respiration rate for the whole night. ➜ Movements: Shows number of Toss and Turns. It also measures Average Activity where it measures larger movements than those caused by heart beating and respiration, such as twitching leg or arm or changing position only slightly. Bigger movements of your body are indicated by number of Turns. ➜ Contact-less Design: The device sensor (strip) goes under the mattress directly under your heart. So after the initial setup, you even forget that you have it as it's out of sight without the need to place anything on the night table, wear anything or sleep in a certain way. It doesn't use sound so snoring by you or others doesn't interfere with it either. ➜ Ease of Setup: The device's sensor strip needs to be under the mattress which in my case is Tempurpedic memory foam. If you share the bed make sure it's under your side and it will do the rest! It was a breeze to connect to the device (via its WIFI) and to connect it to my home wifi so it can be connected at all times. ★ Product Link ★ http://bit.ly/2HPCVNS ► SUBSCRIBE FOR MORE VIDEOS: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRLiG5dD1PiOxpbain92TBQ?sub_confirmation=1 ► THANK YOU for watching my video!
