Ok, I have to comment here. Many, many gyms in the US have kettlebells. And there are always Finnish people competing at international powerlifting events, and they are usually the strongest people there. So I don't know how you're making these generalizations and saying that people who lift heavy weights are idiots and guidos, and not Finnish. Try to stop making such baseless generalizations so you don't piss off people like me.
