so the salmon dinner at ihop is 14.99 right? but the individual sides are 4.99 and the salmon dinner comes with two sides. which implies that the whole salmon is the same as one of the sides which doesn’t make sense and we should either be paying more for the salmon dinner or less for sides.

I don’t mean fake relationships, just simple ones where you talk about current events casually or the weather, like low stakes conversations. And you both know you’re kind of replaceable and that you’re just making small talk but I think these relationships are just as important as partners and friends and such.

I think loneliness is just a symptom of our circumstances similar to how depression and anxiety is but i think its the most prevalent one. like mainly im just thinking about how opinions are revered as intergral to your personality and of course they are but how people disagreeing with you somehow feels more isolating because how the internet has i dont know made “hot takes” synonymous with personality and like ability. And its sort of a dumb liberal thing to do the whole “agree to disagree” thing so people just go all in when someone disagrees with them and its like the subject is some niche political stance that aligns in no way with how people live there lives.
