Looks pretty bad…” She nodded at the cast and started to wrap the bandage back around her wrist. “It’s not broken, so it’ll have to do for now—” Kelsey smiled and stood up, letting her arm relax down by her side. “Ice, pain killers and not smacking it against walls and the swelling will go down.”
“It was about two months ago?” Sawyer tried to remember knowing it was at least August. She smiled, nodding at the girl. “Heat helps too... don’t just ice the whole time.”
