Flat-shading chibi commission for the lovely @lotusillustration of their beautiful persona <3 I really loved playing around with this. This sort of flat shading (only one layer of shadows and light) is actually really fun and I like how it turned out^^

I decided to make at least one Mermay drawing this year^^ I tried doing some perspective again but it's not surprising that it didn't work out the way I wanted it to. But oh well, I mean, I know that I can't see in 3D so why would it be easy to try and convey something I can't see in my art. It will alwys be my biggest weak spot when it comes to drawing. On the other hand I really love how the hair and the back- and foreground turned out <3

I redesigned my Udroid Kaya.^^ Udroids are a semi-closed species by Hyanna-Natsu and Shimmer5O. Gosh, this sheet was a lot of work. I won't be doing a character sheet for a while now xD

How does your character show someone that they care for them? What is their love language? How (or does) this differ between romantic and platonic relationships?

So, I decided to go with Luna for this one:

Luna is typically a vocal person and is not at all ashamed of telling people what she thinks as well as what she feels. And that at the most random times. 

For example, she’s reading a novel while her parents are in the same room or friends are over and just out of nowhere she’ll tell them that she loves them. It’s pretty casual for her but she knows it can mean a lot to other people to get that sort of reassurance. That is also why she does it but she really feels like they should know how much she cares, as well. The difference between romantic and platonic relationships is how physical Luna is. While she isn’t shy to hug her friends she will be a lot more physically  affectionate with a romantic partner. Just walking up to them and embracing them, slowly drawing circles on their back while they are doing stuff, a quick peck on the lips while passing by. Luna is just happy to be close to them and she’ll take every opportunity she gets.

Oh, hello there 💕 I didn't expect that at all^^

Since I have quite a lot of OCs I decided to just pick a few to answer this^^

Luna: Bi- or pansexual. She isn't in a relationship atm but I can see her with either Amiya or Yadiel (2 other characters from her 'story' that I haven't really introduced yet).

Akira: Lesbian/Homosexual. Depending on where in the timeline of their universe we are she either has a crush on or is in a relationship with Kaede. <3

Kaede: Same as Akira, honestly. xD My power couple. 💕

Lysenne: I'm not 100% sure here but I'd say she's hetero. No crush or relationship, though.

Lily: I haven't fully designed her yet but she is Ace/Aro. So, no romantic interests.
