First #Mealprep in the new house. Alternating Cinnamon toast crunch oatmeal with turkey bacon, protein oatmeal, or apple cinnamon oatmeal with turkey bacon for breakfast. Shrimp stir fry and cauliflower fried rice for lunch. I added extra soy sauce to both, that's why it's so dark. Planned dinners: chicken fajitas with leftover Spanish rice, Velveeta skillet dinner with green beans, hamburger steaks with mashed potatoes and green beans, and boneless ham with broccoli and Mac and cheese. It feels good to get back to a meal plan (dietician post later).
