Today I worked (a lot) on optics and complex variable! I have exams of both courses on friday, so I’m preparing!

I finished early my differential equations’ homework (which is due on thursday) so I can focus on studying for my optics and complex variable exams (both on friday). I also have some optics homework for friday that I haven’t started. But, overall, it was a productive day!

This week it has been hard for me to keep up with my language classes because of all the things I have to revise for my university classes. I need to come up with some plan so I can manage both!

Also, my mom bought me these washis. I LOOOVEEEE them!! They’re so cute!!!💕

This weekend I didn’t post anything because I was really tired. I did work on my quantum physics homework and notes though!

Today, I started revising my differential equations’ homework and some complex variable classes for a test I have this friday.

Also, I wanted to show you my complex variable notebook! I painted it myself, and I LOVE how it looks.💚

Today it was optics all day long! I did some notes on refraction at spherical surfaces and lenses and worked on my homework (which is due tomorrow😥). I was planning to finish it before going to sleep since I try to avoid working under pressure (and deadline = pressure), but it’s super late, I’m very tired and no longer focusing. On the bright side, it’s almost done!

Today I worked on mu differential equations homework: it’s done and handed in 😌 and started my optics homework. I’m flooded with exam dates and (more and more) homework. I also studied some russian topics. I’m planning to alternate days between russian and french study sessions, so tomorrow I’ll prioritise studying french! Finally, I read a little bit, now I’m going to sleep!

Today I revised some differential equations’ notes in order to start my homework. I didn’t make a lot of progress because I was feeling tired, but I’ve still got tomorrow to finish. On the other hand, I did work on both french and russian today! I’ve been trying to focus more on my russian classes since for the last two weeks I was paying more attention to other stuff. Hence, I’m spending a little more time revising some topics and started solving a book called как дела? I still have a lot of homework to do, but I’m trying not to stress out and do things at a (relatively) calm pace, or at least as much as deadlines allow me to!

soft reminder: don’t romanticize working yourself to the ground. taking time off to relax, making time for activities that restore you, and not sacrificing your sleep to complete every little thing doesn’t make you unproductive or lazy. it means you’re taking care of yourself so you can achieve your goals without ruining your mental wellbeing. so if you’ve been busy lately, please check in with yourself and check that you’re doing okay. resting is a good thing, not just for relaxation, but for your overall motivation, productivity and goals. you’re doing the best thing for yourself, so please don’t feel guilty, inadequate or ashamed because of it.

I’m feeling better! Side effects are disappearing, just a light headache left. I went to Starbucks (again hehe) to do some of my quantum physics homework. I wasn’t able to finish, but I’ll do that tomorrow. Time to read a bit and then go to sleep.

This book (Cuentos de Grimm) was given to me by my mother. It was hers when she was about my age, and it was one of her favourites (she was also a bookworm!) It meant a lot to me when she gave it to me (among other books she loves), and I also love it. I’ve lost count of how many times I have read it!💜

So today wasn’t a good day. Yesterday I received the second dose of the covid vaccine and I’ve been feeling terrible. I spend a horrible night with fever and today my I’ve had muscle pain and migraines. Therefore, I wasn’t able to do any homework or notes. I did watch some of my quantum physics class videos, but I’m not sure I paid a lot of attention to them. I’ll try to catch up tomorrow! I hope I’ll be feeling better.

Today I started reading this prequel inspired on The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. I really enjoyed the series and was kinda disappointed with the the finale. Still, I really like the characters and I miss them, so I’m hoping for a new and entertaining story!🕸

I’ve also already finished (re)reading The Mortal Instruments main saga (I first read the books when I was a lot younger, but I still love them)!

Today I went to Starbucks to finish my differential equations homework and study for my optics quiz, which is tomorrow! All of my classes are still online because of the pandemic so it felt nice to study somewhere else rather than my house. I noticed there were other students doing their homework or taking classes. I’ll definitely do it again!

Hi! Today I didn’t have a lot of time to do super nice notes, I spent all day studying and doing my differential equations’ homework. I have my first complex variable quiz tomorrow (well, today actually). I should be sleeping, it’s super late, but I really want to keep my daily reading streak!
