Well, I’m back, but I must apologies in advance for a rather personal and mundane post.
After a number of years away I’ve decided to return to this page.
For around 5 years I have been in an odd place, I gave up keeping reptiles and invertebrates after loosing contact with some fascinating and special people in my life and have felt lost ever since due to having no one I could relate with in my interests, and no one to love my passions with, and focusing on a career I had no love for.
I am starting to build back up with invertebrates again as these are the main area of my interests, more specifically tarantulas, true spiders and centipedes.
I have changed the direction of my life over the past few years, moving away from being always bored, always lost and lacking my spark in life whilst working in an accountancy practise, to studying towards a degree in environmental science with the aim of becoming an environmental conservationist/ecologist. As it stands, I love the direction I am heading in but I just wish I had started this sooner.
I sorely miss people from my past, the laughs, the late night conversations about what we loved, and the general closeness and fondness mutually formed.
I will be trying to be progressively more active as time goes by, until I can display some fascinating species.
If anyone from my past is reading this, I really hope you are well and living your best life, and have achieved what you set out to do. I miss our times together and really appreciate the times we shared as they were amongst the best in my life so far.
