I feel like solitude has that thing that can bring to some peace, relief, but also could bring tension, sadness. Maybe both sides of the coin sometimes, like a doubled-edged sword. It’s like a bet, on how well you can handle your own thoughts, on how well you feel with yourself, alone. and that’s when intrusive thoughts come in, they may be coming from your head, but it is important to remind you that they may not be originated from you alone. they could generate from others, from bad experiences, things that are just simply out of your control, that doesn’t mean they are solemn, remember there are many truths, and truth itself may be or not depending on points of view. so don’t be hard on yourself, as well as you know and feel that you are giving your best, and want to improve, it’s okay. We all are on that path to feel good with ourselves after all.
