Many sites of the great ocean and beaches are located along Kamehameha Highway. Hele Mai (come on down!) Bolivian independence grew from unrest between creoles, Bolivian born of pure Spanish descent, and peninsulares, the Spaniards, who had traveled from Europe to control the colony.
