My middle school choir teacher told us the most abused drug in the world is caffeine and the way that's sat with me since. Idk if that's even true but caffeine is definitely my vice. I've weaned myself off twice in the past but I don't think I can do that at this current moment (working night shifts). I just tell myself to keep the caffeine amount under 300mg a day and so far everything is ok. I rarely even drink that amount.
