“I think there was a scene with a box or something? The project box scene. People started this whole thing, which is very inspirational, people that have created this and done a lot of good things from it but um.. It just got cut because it didn’t make any sense at the time. [..] But we had a lot of dialogue that I really liked and I thought was really strong and I enjoy getting to have actual scenes with Chris, like where you talk and do things that’s just not “I love you”, because he’s an actor, I’m an actor, we like to create, you know, moments. So when those get cut it’s unfortunate but I still think we had great scenes.”

Alt er love.
The relationship between Even and Isak, a pansexual guy and a gay guy, is not only representative for the queer community, but it also made the theme of mental illness be discussed in the show, which is important to raise awareness.
Both Isak and Even had trouble with understanding and accepting their sexualities at some point (Even thought that God would be mad at him for liking guys, after getting rejected by Mikael, and Isak found it difficult to admit to his friends that he was gay, even though they already knew about Even), but eventually both of them overcame these troubles and were able to proudly show who they are and, of course, who they love.
The way they LOOK at each other.
I literally love the fact that the three big youtubers that came out this month: Daniel Howell, Phil Lester, and Eugene Lee Yang, all did it in extremely different ways that were perfectly unique to them. It shows that there’s so many ways to express what being gay means to you and it can be shown in multiple different ways whether it be through words or dance, light and casual or deep and emotional, funny or heart wrenching. Everyone’s experiences and ways of expressing their LGBTQ identity is unique and these three encapsulated that wonderfully. I’m very proud of each of them for their bravery. 🌈❤️
love, love, love. was born of you, was born of me of hope.
