How much car sex do you think Casey and Derek had in high school?

This is the most important question of them all!!!!

My first impulse is to say: LOTS. But also that depends on how sexually active we imagine them being in High School (which is still potentially… a lot 👀). I generally take Derek and Casey to be car sex kinda people. I’ve tried it once and it sucks and never again but these two crazy kids would be at it 24/7 anytime anywhere.

Nobody asked me but I feel inspired to give some “car sex” recs because we deserve it 🙏

So, I recently wrote what I think a Dasey podcast would entail on a reblog of @rubyredsundae’s post. This is a just a continuation of my little blurb on that but in bullet form again because I am not a fanfic writer. I used to be for other fandoms and I may get back into the good ol’ craft but I make no promises regarding that. “Look, its Casey and Derek! The wimpiest tag team, ever!”

Dasey Fanfic where

Derek and Casey successfully coast through the first semester of school acting like they aren’t step-siblings. Casey joins the theatre club and Derek is punished for pulling some dumb prank so he has to somehow help out with the club as a form of community service. Casey obviously auditions for the lead role while Derek attempts to snag an easy backstage duty, but the director says he has to at least audition for a speaking role. Casey and Derek are caught arguing with each other eye-sex and all by the director, so Casey gets the lead and Derek gets the role of her enemy turned love interest in the play due to the chemistry they have when arguing.

And the pining ensues...

Bonus points if Casey has to sing a song and Derek just internally melts and kicks himself because she’s so annoyingly perfect and he shouldn’t want to kiss her every time she looks at him like that when she sings about love. And fuck he should’ve known better than to let the whole “we don’t know each other” thing get too far because now they’re looking into each other’s eyes and he’s telling her he loves her and the lines between him and his character are so beyond blurred right now.

Usually Derek is the one who seems the most gone on the other but then there are those moments (or, occasionally, episodes) where Casey is, like, borderline embarrassing. Especially when Derek compliments her like sweetheart I know you probably don't even know what a praise kink is yet but you definitely have one and it's definitely focused on your step brother and you definitely need to learn to control your facial expressions in public.

Of course, Derek would probably disagree with me, since he needs almost no provocation to start fantasizing about that side of her combined with his thing for secretaries...

And you know what? I should not have this much canonical information about the sexual preferences of these two children's show characters. But here we fucking are.

funny how directly after this, in an attempt to change the subject, he mentions the possibility of them living in the same residency...hmmm.

they explained that he was interested in the fact that it was an all girls dorm but you can’t look at this scene and not think that he got a little too excited at the thought of being able to live in close proximity to her again, this time without the family around to remind him of his taboo crush.

now i’m not saying anything....but it’s just a little bit suggestive that after they basically eye-fuck each other, he brings up hoping to live in the same dorm as her. even tho he said it as a joke...it’s still very suggestive.

Don't know if its been done yet, but...

Fanfic idea where the plot is Derek and Casey have to join forces to compete in an ice skating competition for whatever reason. Derek brings his experience on the ice with hockey and Casey brings her dancing skills. They end up working extremely well together technique wise (thanks to Casey and her incessant need to strive for perfection, much to Derek's dismay (he kinda likes spending more time practicing with her tho because it means being able to annoy her and be close to her and being able to touch her in ways he wouldn't be allowed to otherwise, but shhhhh)) and are surprised to find out that most of the praise they receive apart from how impeccable their technique is, is the chemistry they have when dancing together.

Got the idea from a tiktok about this dance from a Canadian duo. Coincidence? I think not. This is a sign for one of you writers to get on this million dollar idea right neeeoowww if you haven't already.
