Hey so…..

For our date I was thinking a movie nights açai bowls, smoothies, and a fruit salad for snacks and a lot of skin care. I’m talking clay, peel, and sheet masks. As for the masks benefits: brightening, hydrating, and firming. And for movie we could binge the movies you acted in so I can compliment you and hype you up! And I should buy us matching silk pjs! 1) Anyone as long as they have a good soul and are willing to participate in all of my skincare routines with me. 2) Depends. 3) I have no idea, my father bought me a whole bunch and I haven't had to get more since... 4) .... Yes, I'm afraid he does. 5) Hmm I believe it's called "tung tung tung sahur black mascara super skibidi sigma gyatt" It's quite a good brand.

I sure hope your friend is alright!

Start with elevating and immobilizing your ankle, keep the injury elevated or supported on something such as a bolster to reduce any possible inflammation. Avoid standing poses, balances, or anything that puts pressure on the injured foot, it could make things much worse. And do not force any movement, the mantra must be ahimsa (non-harming), ensuring you stay out of the realm of pain.
