I’ve just found this and this was the space of about 1 and a half months.. this has amazed me that I could do this and yes I may have been slipping recently but not anymore. I can reach my goal and I will get there and I’ll be proud of me. Fuck man

15 things to do instead of munching 🍽 :

1. smoke, it’s an appetite supressant,
if not facetime a friend or continue scrolling through this tumblr article
(smoking is bad jesus christ thank you everyone telling me don’t do it, obviously it has severe effects overtime and can kill you so if you don’t want to that’s fine im telling you things you can do instead of eating)
2. write. write lists of songs you want to buy, create a diary logging the foods you eat, write about people you love or places that bring back good memories.
3. plan a dream trip. search costs for plane tickets or transportation and hotel or travel costs for once you’re there. start figuring out how to save a certain amount of money every month until you can go
4. get a piercing or tattoo spontaneously (please do your research and don’t get a shitty tattoo) if you fast for long periods of time you can pass out so be careful with this
5. reorganize your closet and sell old clothes on ebay, depop or some sort of website or app where it’s easy to do so! you can make money off of old stuff and it takes time to model for your clothes, list items and pack them. it sounds kind of difficult but it’s a great way to make space for new clothes when you reach your ugw.
6. read a book. everytime you get through one chapter do 25 sit ups, by the time you get through the whole thing you’ve done hundreds of sit ups over a course of a few hours
7. watch supersize vs superskinny or my 600 lb life. this really helps me realize i don’t need to eat
8. drink coffee or tea until your stomach feels full
9. put on a facemask, it takes a good 15 minutes to let it dry completely and then you have to wash it off! great way to prevent eating
10. take a nap
11. take a walk outside, being outside can have a positive effect on your mood and you are burning calories while not being curled up inside like usual
12. create lists. i like to list make up products, clothing, etc i want to buy as rewards for myself after losing a certain number of pounds. list foods that taste disgusting to help you lose your appetite.
13. color code your closet. boy this takes forever, and once it’s done you’ll have burned calories and cleaned up your closet
14. go outside and garden. pull out weeds, add mulch, trim trees, plant seeds. smell flowers, bring flowers inside to dry. create a book of dried flowers and label the dates you found them and research what type they are!
15. create. finish that piece of art you had an idea for and has been sitting on your desk for a month now! practice singing, sculpting, baking, cooking, (don’t eat though). being productive makes me feel more in control and proud of what i’m doing
