Back in my flat. But seeing as they (the European as well as the American weather model) predict around 35 degrees Celcius again for the beginning of August onwards with night temperatures above 20 degrees (which is the actual k*ller, no cooling down at night), I bet I'll be back at the hotel again in 2 weeks' time!

It's still too warm in my flat, but at least not 30+ degrees anymore, but this week will hopefully see cooler nights again!

Back when I was a kid/teen we got the rest of the day off at school when it was already 25 degrees at 11 am, which didn't happen all that often, if at all, that it was 25 degrees BEFORE noon. Nowadays, we get 25 degrees AT NIGHT!!!!! Hahahahahahaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!! >_<

Hotel costs will be horrendous...

Hopefully, the hotel won't be fully booked all of a sudden if I really have to extend my stay...

As of today, the Europeans as well as the Americans pretty much say that the slightly cooler temperatures we're supposed to get next weekend probably won't last for long and we'll have temperatures in between 33 and 38 or even 40 degrees Celcius end of July again.

I fucking hate summer...which I don't neccessarily do if it's a "normal" European summer...

If I weren't alone, I'd say let's buy a fucking house somewhere somehow, so we can have fucking split A/C units installed in every fucking room!!!

Can you believe that not even most houses, even the big villa type ones that cost over a million euros, have central air conditioning around here??!!! It's just not common. The same goes for flats, obviously. Even the real expensive ones do not neccessarily have A/C.

But now we've got these heat waves in summer and the heat in my flat is unbearable.

If I have to extend my hotel stay and depending for how long, hotel costs will surpass my fucking net salary. I love it here! Thanks the heavens that at least my rent can be considered pretty damn cheap around here.
