All my favorite Bag End interior paintings, from my webcomic adaptation of The Hobbit (which you can find on Tumblr here, on Ao3 here, or Webtoon here.) It was important to me to add a lot of detail and coziness to Bag End, to convey why it's so difficult for Bilbo to leave, and the things heâll be nostalgic for on the journey :â3. A lot of the decorations (particularly in the kitchen) were inspired by the decorations in my grandmotherâs house.
