Our Rosie was diagnosed with bone cancer before Christmas. In an attempt to save her she had her leg amputated. She is currently recovering and learning to get around. Aftermath of Hurricane Harvey flooding that lasted for days we lost our rabbit pen and feed shed

This is Gibson. He is an emaciated male blue Dutch. He was brought to us with 2 other bunnies. Gibson is the most malnourished I have seen in a very long time. He was not moving and we thought he was deceased. He is a fighter and has started eating. This recovery will take time and dedication. We will be working very hard with him and his recovery. Gibson had a beautiful life before this tragedy. This is what happens when people "burnout" and walk away from their responsibilities. Thank you to the person that took these precious innocent bunnies' lives into consideration. Without him they surely would've passed on.

Schuff's home for abandoned bunnies is an indoor/outdoor rabbit rescue, located in Southeast Texas. We currently house 207 rabbits/bunnies that have been abandoned, orphaned or unwanted. An expansion of living quarters is needed as well as funds for spay and neuter. Feed for the buns has been quite costly as well as medical bills. Please find it in your heart to help us save the bunnies. We are a 501a rescue.
