Does anybody have this problem after losing weight that everybody is starting to get concerned about how small I am now?

about two years ago I noticed I started to gain weight and was also on the spectrum for getting diabetes so I started to eat better and work out  slightly and didn’t start noticing results until this year, am 5,2 when I started I was 175 how am somewhere between 111

 I have asked the people around me that stop commenting about it because I’m doing fine. It’s just really aggravated and I don’t feel supported :/
