“Four and five. I wish I could have them here, but my sister takes care of them back home. She’s a huge help.”

Liz smiled as she looked up at him. “You have kids?”

“Oh, uh, yes,” he nodded. “Two. They’re brilliant, Finlay and Frances. That’s why I’m rarely here on weekends.”

Schuyler smiled, though he was sure he’d been rambling. “Thank you. He’s the closest thing to a kid I can actually have here. Makes the weeks more bearable.”

“May I ask how the science of it is a bit skewed,I’m curious.”

“I suppose because it happens to be one of those, ‘paranormal’ things,” he explained. “The science of anything paranormal is a bit skewed. Especially when you’re not sure if it’s just your mind. It’s a real power, but how it works is still quite a mystery.”

“Astral is a pretty cool name,” he said. “Reminds me of astral projection.”
