Now, Willow liked to believe that he knew his limits but in reality, he had the tendency to get totally absorbed in his work. It was just how his mind worked. Once he focused on something that he wanted to learn or figure out, he’d barely notice the passage of time. If he didn’t have Henrietta to remind him on taking periodic breaks and Leo to bring him some food, it was very likely that he’d be locked in his office for hours on end without performing basic self care.

Spark gave a hearty laugh, allowing the small pokemon to try and climb up his legs——and going so far as to scoop them up and place them on his head and shoulders when they failed to climb up the leather pant legs on their own.
“ Oh, no need to apologize for them, ” he assured, scratching behind Vivi’s ears as he turned to face Henrietta. “ They’re just kids; most pokemon tend to be a little squirrelly when they’re this little. It’s adorable, isn’t it? ” This was one of the many reasons that Spark focused his research upon baby pokemon; they were fun and sweet, and it was fulfilling. He couldn’t ask for anything more.
