Soooo….WFTDA’s new ED has experience in corporate and NPO management and is a (former?) powerlifter, but not a skater.

I’m sure there will be hubbub about having a NSED, but it could be the best thing WFTDA’s ever done, bringing someone in from outside who hasn’t been raised in the Koolaid factory.

I hope she has a fresh perspective on things and can see a lot of the deep seated cultural problems that desperately need to be fixed for the organization to move forward.

They asked if I was interested, and I said hell yes..... And now I am the HR for the bout.....

So does anyone have any tips or anything for this?  I am going in thinking its derby, its the same rules, its the same play just a bit slower.  Am I correct to think this or way off base?
