I cannot believe how many came to our "Kein Bock auf Nazis" Flash Day yesterday! When we opened our doors, there was a whole Berghain-worthy queue of wonderful people ready to not only get tattoos, but also to show up and support this important cause. Thank you from the bottom of my little heart! I was so busy tattooing I didn't even get to document the event itself (I hope someone else did better at that), but at least I managed a few shots of the tattoos I did. :D
After many years of her (not entirely) secret double life as a wildlife rescue superhero, Anja finally went public and is now extremely officially a total badass and a tattoo-validated member of The Deer Gang. Thank you so much for trusting me with not only your very first but also such an important tattoo! 🦌🫶
I got to tattoo a Scream Tail!! Thank you for introducing me to this absolute gem of a pokémon, Sara (and for being an absolute gem of a person yourself).💖
I took the chance to also take some healed pics of Sara's little bee and frog (tattooed last September).
Three fresh tattoos have been successfully added to Susi's collection: two from my flash and one masterpiece designed by her genius kid. Plus a couple of snapshots of some (but not all) long-healed older ones for good measure. I'm fairly sure Susi wins the "Most Ephic Flash Adoptions Award". Maybe I should make her a stamp card at this point?
Last weekend was Comic Invasion Time!! Which means spending way too much money on comics because it's my duty to support the Arts.
There was this vendor at one publisher booth that for some reason kept implying we were looking for kids books (even though we made it very clear we were shopping for ourselves), it became a bit of an inside joke. :D
No hard feelings, it's all in good fun. I found a couple of great comics thanks to their "recommendations for kids". :D
PS: Appearance of vendor has been altered, definitely for privacy reasons and not because I have pathologically bad facial recognition/memory. 👀

Ode to Roller Derby
I had the immense honor to immortalize the one and only Evil Redhead... on her glorious self!
We started this half a year ago and finally completed the rainbowy background (see last two slides for the intermediate results of our first and second session). Poor Evil got a bit of a swollen face because I forgot the battle makeup last session and just added it now. :D

After a little break, we could finally finish Erdmute's water... swoosh! Left and top parts were done half a year ago, right-ish parts fresh.
A great opportunity for healed shots of the jellyfish (Erdmute's first tattoo, from 2022) and the little boat and cloud from 2024.

Very appropriate for spring, we finally got to add the greenery to this piece we started last November (see lineart-before on slide 4). I had so much fun creating this Facing the Sun fanart! If you enjoy beautifully drawn solarpunk GL, I highly recommend you read the comic.
And because Shuh-Huoar is a champ with great taste and exceptional resilience, my little sea slug wannado found a new home, too. Thank you so much!
PS: I struggled a great deal getting decent photos (always extra hard with longer healed lineart and fresh colors on top), but I'm posting these anyway because I just love everything about it. :)

Great news for the International Society of Shrimps!!?
I had my first physiotherapy session today and it was... really good? Honestly, if your body is ever coming apart (not that I wish that on anyone) and you're in need of physiotherapy (in Berlin), I can highly recommend PhysioSquad. Not only do they provide a modern, no bs, evidence based approach, but also every single person I got to interact with was incredibly sweet. My therapist Denny took the time to make sure to have the whole story and discuss goals and everything, and successfully reassured me it's all not that big of a deal and my life doesn't have to be over lol. :D
