This person is likely more introverted than extroverted and hesitant or closed off about expressing their emotions usually. For that reason I’d encourage you to spend a good amount of time getting to know them and building trust between you before you start openly flirting with them or pursuing them romantically. i asked my pendulum if this will happen and it is wavering between “unknown” and “no”, likely meaning that the fate of this relationship has not been determined yet or that it is able to be changed.
astrologically speaking, this is an interesting match. the other person’s actions & emotions (sun and moon being opposite each other) may not match up, thus causing your confusion in interpreting their thoughts. aquarius venus folks can be very aloof as well. and then your own placements (especially the moon & venus) may be too fiery/intimidating for the other person. without looking at both complete charts it is obviously hard to say if you both are fundamentally incompatible, but i do get the sense there is some sort of disconnect between you.
