Binge

I hate how people use the word «binge» for everything like «omg I binged today and ate an apple». wtf. No… Do you know what I mean when I say I binged? It means that I ate all the freaking food in my apartment. It means that I ate in a uncontrollable way. It means that I wasn’t able to stop. It means that I was eating more than 2000 calories in less than 1 hour. It means that I ate so much that I thought my stomach will explode. It means that eating literally hurt my jaw and stomach and that I am crying while eating. It means that even if I’m crying, I keep eating because I can’t stop. It means hiding myself because I am ashamed of how much I ate and the fact that I feel like I can’t control it. So fuck you and your fucking apple.
