If Butterscotch evolved like a Pokemon she'd be fairy/water type
Pokedogs!! finally finished up their designs to where I'm happy with them, so here they are all together 🐕🦺⚡⛰️🔥
"The Rough Collie is a long-coated dog breed of medium to large size that was bred for herding sheep in Scotland. The rough collie's long coat has made the breed popular on northern Midwest farms as a herder and guardian of the farm during the winter. They love playing in the snow with children and guard the farm while the owner is away."

@noir-et-feu I did a thing
I need some training advice 🤔
More and more often, when I set up some time for training, Butterscotch does 3-5 reps then she decides to leave and so something else involving a lot of movement. If we're training outside or on the porch, she leaves to chase birds (which she rarely does in other contexts). If we're training inside, she either tries to go outside or she paces around the living room. I can't tell if this is just a case of accidental conditioning (training context is a cue that triggers dopamine-inducing motor patterns) or if she's trying to tell me that something about my training behavior is stressful. Or maybe she's just a dog who needs to move. I'm not sure what to do because the way I would address accidental conditioning (limiting her choices, sometimes punishment) would not address context related stress and Im nervous I could actually make the relationship with training worse.
This doesn't happen nearly as often when training with toy play. Which is fine, we do a lot of that, but I am having trouble accessing behavior patterns trained in play drive, outside of play drive. So I've been trying to do more treat training lately and I've just started noticing how strong this response is.

any collie experts in the comments who could please tell me what these are called and what they are for
Took Butterscotch to a small festival event. We met two perfect strangers getting charicature portraits done. They caught up to us later and showed us this: they had the artist add her to their drawing
Butterscotch decked out in ace pride gear! Thank you @scotchbox 🖤🩶🤍💜
