My journaling ecosystem hasn’t changed all that much since the beginning of the year and I’m honestly glad i realized that trying to keep everything in one notebook just doesn’t work for me. I like the concept of having everything in one place but in execution it just doesn’t work for me unfortunately, i like having various spaces that suit my needs at the time whether that be a small notebook for the days i don’t have a lot to write (passport TN), or days where i want to decorate until my hearts content (i use either my rings system in Standard TN size or personal to avoid bulk). My journaling style has stayed pretty minimalistic for the most part but i started getting back into using stickers recently so that’s fun 🤍

The lighting in my room has been so inconsistent and i was really tempted to just not post this because of that but i also really wanted to share this post so i’m just pretending it doesn’t bother me

🌾 May Recap

☘ I finally cleared a large portion of my adult-life backlog.

Which means I now have a little more time and energy for LS.

☘ I also accepted something about myself: multitasking is not for me. (Please don’t tell my employer.)

I’ve started focusing on one task at a time instead of juggling everything at once.

It’s much better for my sanity.

☘ I had hoped to prepare all of my Tumblr and Telegram posts by the end of the month.

Instead, I spent the last few days resting and recovering.

So I’ll be a little behind schedule.

And honestly, I’m okay with that.
