The idea that military corruption wouldn’t exist in Catapult’s universe was almost laughable. So much so that Thundercracker even laughed.

That… no. That didn’t sound right. Or possible. Or comfortable. Then again, his universe was full of oddities; that didn’t sound too out-there, compared to other things he had experienced.

Except for the fact that she really DID sound terrifying, and it made sense that no one was able to snuff her yet. Obviously, however, that admission would never pass from his vocoder.

Listening or not, he wasn’t too happy with this femme’s attitude.

Queue a loud, frustrated groan.

{{ Ah don’t know who either’a them are. But, if yer takin’ shots at ‘em all the time an’ still haven’t taken ‘em out, that’s sorta hilarious. So much fer bein’ a totally skilled sniper. }}

Considering he was currently sitting around an incredibly-secured Autobot base, her threats meant absolutely nothing to him. Even with that thought, he may or may not have glanced over his shoulder. Not out of fear, of course.

{{ Aww, what’s that? Little processor-damaged Autobot thinks all’a the big, bad Decepticons’re just out ta get her? Poor thing, completely corrupted by yer own side ta just be a little pile’a seethin’ hatred. It’s cute. }}

His own kills were both… unimportant. One was even a complete accident, but he would never admit it to Catapult. As ridiculous as it sounded, Thundercracker didn’t exactly believe that one needed to eliminate the enemy for victory.

{{ Believe it er not, it’s the honest truth. Lemme introduce ya to a mech named Shockblast. Deadliest Decepticon in the army, aside from the boss, a’course. Mech was held captive by the Elite Guard fer millions’a years, tortured an’ stuck in solitary. One day he finally escaped, killed his guards, an’ then went straight fer Megatron himself. Obviously, he didn’t succeed, but he wiped out a good number’a ‘Bots an’ ‘Cons on the way there. }}

One of the guards that had nearly been killed in the rampage happened to be the mech the Seeker was currently courting, but that was irrelevant. Still, even if Decepticons kept their prisoners in less-than-respectable conditions, he would never stand for what he knew Autobots had done to their prisoners, whether they were innocent or not.

Whoops, another disadvantage slipped out. He’s not very good at this game. Although, he will definitely queue up in line. Whether or not he cuts to the front, however, is yet to be decided.

It wouldn’t be right to brag about his own kill count, considering over 8 million years at war only resulted in him killing a grand total of two mechs. Best to take it easy with this.

But please, “too Decepticon?” That just makes it sound like we’re all a bunch’a sadists. Nah, we only turned inta that when Autobots held onta us fer too long, torturin’ our kind. For once, he wasn’t exaggerating. As terribly as Decepticons had treated prisoners—which was, of course, absolutely horrifying in some cases—the mecha that had been detained by the Autobot Elite Guard often left in far worse shape than any Autobot POW.

She doesn't. But it always pays to worry an enemy a bit. Get them to make mistakes.

In all honesty, who you killed mattered much more than how many. Though Catapult personally prided herself in combining the two concepts quite nicely.

What happened to the POWs was not her division and frankly, Catapult didn't want anything to do with it. Abuse of a helpless mech for no purpose was nothing she would just tolerate if it happened right in front her, but she sure as the Pit wouldn't seek out anything that didn't come to her.

Scout, repairmech, Decepticon second-in-command, and least threatening Seeker in the army completely riled up and flinging about threats. Yeah, there was no saving him.

{{ Well, y’all seem ta be answerin’ me fairly easily, although it’s incredibly disrespectful how yer goin’ about it. Considerin y’all ain’t too bright, Ah’d say Ah’m pretty slaggin’ understandable. So cram it with the vocoder slag already. }}

Perhaps turning off his alteration software could freak her out a bit. Oh well, only if it was needed; he wouldn’t give her the satisfaction of knowing he could be slightly less annoying.

While the experience was definitely not his own, the reports had all been made public. He knew exactly what he was talking about— Decepticon prisoners practically tortured by Autobots made for some rather… explosive results. Still, his vocals tended to move faster than his processor. Time to spar right back.

She didn't even mean executing every grunt captured - just take out the ones keeping the war going and not fragging returning strategically important mechs for some useless grunt Megatron picked just to laugh in their faceplates when the Autobots accepted such a ridiculous deal.
