[warhammer fantasy roleplay]
Some of the pieces I’ve done for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay Starter Set. This is the first time I’ve really had to do proper commercial work and as much as it has been scary, it has been a learning curve and a great oppertunity to work with amazing people.
For the time being I am going to be continuing working With Cubicle 7 Entertainment LTD on The IP and can’t wait to see the cool things I’ll get to draw.

The goal was to explore the anxieties associated with the need to please others.
This project is a means for myself to explore colour and the way of which colour interacts. With my subjects, I discuss with them elements of their person to come up with a “hyper-realization” of themselves. After the initial black and white profile photo as a presentation of their everyday self, we then develop and shoot images using only coloured lighting.
The goal is to produce a production process from each shoot, The standard, the uncontrolled document and the final hyper real.
This is an ongoing project and new shoots will be posted as they develop.

self portraits 01 - 03

I’ve been playing around with taking some self portraits in my studio. Mainly just for fun, but I find it is helping me get a better handle on using DSLRs more. I’ve been trying to find more progressive ways of expressing myself physically that don’t hang on wanting to emulate traditional beauty standards; particularly as an awkward trans-woman/girl, (not quite sure I feel mature enough to be woman but not young enough for girl) with a dizzying array of hangups.
I’ll try an get into the habit of doing this more often. The ultimate goal? Time will tell.
