Muse A had been broken up with Muse B for a couple months when they found out they were pregnant. Muse A sends a message to Muse B to let them know, but never heard back. 5 years later, Muse B finds out that they have a child. And that that message was deleted by his then girlfriend, now very pregnant wife, Muse C. Lots of drama potential here.

welcome to our community of peace. established in the year 1945, after the months long battle in the country, kalinaw was a community established by the colonizers as reparations for the damage caused by their wars and the lives lost. by the end of the year, the salvadors established the university that stands at the heart of the community. what was once a battle field, became a beacon of peace. but just like any quiet river, the community contains its deep rooted secrets. careful where you step, lest you be swept away by the current.
kalinaw is a fictionalized community in the southern provincial part of the philippines. it revolves around the lives of the characters who live within the community, where they’re allowed to explore their passions, attain their goals, kick start their career, or just spend some time with their closest friends. it’s an rpg mainly for filipino writers who are interested in character development and building connections!

ADORE hates being wrong, hates it even more when she’s hyped something up only for it to be a disappointment. She pastes on her own smile, puts on the act in front of the waiter just as Ice has. “Lots of cars. Not enough braincells,” she says as an explanation and if the cupid actually knows how to drive, it would be believable. “I like their…steak? Right? Meat is good.” The waiter eyes her but she pays him no mind pointing to the first picture she sees on the menu. “Wait, did he think I wasn’t going to show? Me? For this beauty? Pft. Would you stand up this gorgeous babe right here?” Adore eyes him, scrutinizes him for a beat of silence long enough that it might have started to get awkward. “Ice. Whatcha getting?”

“Ah, my bad,” she apologized teasingly, “I must’ve accidentally taken all of the braincells. I needed it more than you.” At the compliment, she blushes almost as pink as her hair. “Me? Stop. It makes sense that I’d wait for such a charmer,” she hummed. Ice giggles at her suggestion though. She didn’t imagine a deity having to eat. “We’ll have the bruschetta flight to start. She’ll have the blackberry glazed filet mignon, and I’ll have the —” she paused to scan the menu really quickly. “ — margherita pizza,” she decided. “ And then the clementine upside down mini cakes for dessert? oh, and vanilla ice cream on the side for that. And ohh — the pink dragon margarita sounds good, get us two.” she quickly dismissed the waiter. And then a smug smile tugged on her lips. “So it appears you’re here instead of my date.
Tell me why the power has been out for my street for a whole ass 28 hours and counting. What did I do to deserve this.

HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE ADORE WHEN HUMILIATED. She waits for the date as if it’s hers, each tick of the clock with the man’s absence only feeding her rage. People are starting to look and the cupid would have easily flown to find her target herself and bring him back here, but instead she chooses a different approach.
Taking the seat from across the woman, the apology is quick on her lips. “I’m here! I’m sorry! Traffic, am I right?” Forced laughter pushes from her lips with Adore of making a show of her arrival. “Have you ordered yet?”
ICE SAT WAITING WHEN MOST WOULD HAVE LEFT THIRTY MINUTES AGO. She’d say it was to prove a point, that love never worked out for her. It was after all the point of this all. Adore had insisted she could find someone to love her fully, and truly. And despite the active skepticism that Isaiah displayed, Adore almost challenged her to it. And Ice never backed away from a challenge. Especially one she could so easily win. But seeing Adore coming through the door and joining her on the table made Ice’s shoulders ease. “So nice of you to join me — finally,” she added the last bit like she’d been expecting Adore to join her instead of the charming man who was supposed to show up forty-five minutes ago. “I haven’t actually. You recommended this place, so I wanted to wait for you to recommend me something good to eat.” She played along while their waiter was at the table. “I told you my date would show up,” she told the waiter with a triumphant smile.

relax and get away for a while, it was easier said than done for someone in nigel’s shoes. while he might not have any obligations, it was difficult for him to push work aside. it was almost as if he lost a piece of his identity when he wasn’t presently working on something. despite this fact, he was trying his best to take time for himself in the form of a cruise. it had been something that had been on his bucket list for quite some time now, so why put it off any longer? he had even slept in that morning, something he hadn’t done since his university days. he had decided to go grab himself from breakfast when his eyes locked with a surprisingly familiar face as he stood in line. he blinked a few times, questioning if he was going crazy for a moment. “roxanne? wow, what on earth are you doing here?” it was beyond a small world.
it took a moment for recognition to dawn onto her features. but once she realized, her smile returned naturally. she threw her arms around her old friend for a quick hug, cupping his cheeks as she pulled away to gaze at his features. “nigel. oh my god,” she laughed, finally letting him go. “out of all the places i’d run into you — ” she shook her head in disbelief. she didn’t know how to answer his question so — “how’ve you been. it’s been so long since... how long has it been, four- five years?” in fact, the set she’d met nigel was the same set she’d met her ex-fiance who they shared space in the ship with, wherever he was.

phillip couldn’t but help laugh with her. “right, that’s a saying i very much recall hearing from my mother in the mornings,” he teased. “but, i would have to agree with you. i’ve noticed that many cruises like to keep most of its passengers under the influence so they can get away with plenty more than just poor food service,” he said, hinting at something far more malicious but keeping the conversation light considering it was only the start of the day. “are you on this trip alone? nothing wrong with it, but i don’t tend to see very many stag women on cruises — not that it’s any of my business.”
“she sounds like a wise woman,” she mused with a nod. “oh, i definitely need this for more than just the poor food service,” she agreed. “i wonder if there’s a way we can cook our own food during the cruise,” she wondered to herself as she picked up a plate to place a waffle and a heap of fruits. “oh, i didn’t come here alone. but i am now officially —” she paused as she caught the eye of the man who she came here with already chatting up some women. “ — alone,” she frowned as she said the last word. she finished the rest of her drink in one go only to pick up another one. and then she finally painted on a smile on her face.

phillip was only on the cruise because he needed an alibi — the furthest you were from chaos, the less likely anyone would point to you as the catalyst. so, he was attempting to make friendly with his fellow cruise-goers when he noticed a woman looking absolutely miserable despite the smile she offered. “you don’t have to lie like that. if you find me painfully ugly, you can ignore me,” he teased, trying to break the ice as he gathered up his food. “i also find the food very sub-par. they could have put a little more effort into the quality considering how much they have us pay.”
the man’s statement drew a laugh out of her, at the very least. which was more than she hoped to get out of this morning. “oh no, i’m sorry.” she shook her head vehemently, still giggling. roxanne picked up a mimosa from a passing waiter and helped herself. “i just haven’t had my morning mimosa yet. you know what they say, don’t talk to me before i have my morning mimosa.” maybe the morning would fly by with a bit of alcohol and a little conversation with a stranger who happened to be easy on the eyes. “which, is why i suspect they keep these flowing so we don’t notice how depressing their breakfast actually is.”
