I'm curious: what kinds of brushes/textures did you use?

IbisPaint X Brushes

hiccup + toothless

- pen (fade) | for coloring, building up everything

- round brush | thick size for evident strokes on hiccup’s skin

- pointillism 5 | thick size to show small bumpy spot-like texture on toothless’ skin

- oil (hair) | for hair strokes/highlights

background + circle

- crayon | thick size

- watercolor (opaque) | thick size

Procreate Adjustments

water effects

- noise -> ridges | higher % of turbulence, octaves & scale for bigger ones (or try different % and see how much u prefer!)

overall work

- noise -> cloud | less than 5% just to add a bit of texture to everything

tuff and belch domination 🐉 messy unpolished doodle but i hope u like the vision! i'll try adding chicken next time.
