Time and time again, I find my generation wanting more and more. This is no different for previous generations, it's just getting easier as we speak. We all want convenience, but we also want it to fast too. What point in time will the content we want and expect cost us more then we want? I'm a huge content junkie probably so I can't help but sound hypocritical, but I wonder what is going to change in future generations with the internet effecting our lives around every corner. Im sure it will be exciting, but I also wonder the real world implications...
This sketch got to real to fast and way to quickly.
Is amazing that google could even attempt such a huge task. Nonetheless it's important to preserve and digitize our books and turn them into ebooks analogous to the masses. This is how we adapt to the new digital age.
Every photo taken in this video is by a different photographer to create this unique story that may not actually be so unique.
This man has no regards for work place safety, but it is amazing the stuff Gray's mod allows you to create!
So this is also a thing as well, who would of thought! Totally changes everything.
Really excited for the Christmas special coming out of the BBC Sherlock. Just a little post in anticipation.
There's too much talk about what we demand from movies, and not enough about what they demand from us.
In a world of complete immersion, we find ourselves trapped between the convenience of controlling television in our homes to movies theaters out of our own control. We all want to be entertained, but it's probably on our on terms. When it comes to movies though that's a lot harder simply because there are other people enjoying the movie with you. Especially if it's a movie that grabs at your soul and you just cant handle it. People finds ways to disconnect, to find a distraction in the movie theater like your phone. This ruins the whole idea of the movie, real life shouldn't work that way if you see an injustice, you shouldn't turn a blind eye to it, so why would you do that in the movies. They create this world to tell a story, to enlighten you, to create an emotion. Sometimes its something we want to feel and sometimes its not. The truth it a lot of time and costs went into these movies so dont insult the director and the people who worked on the film. Tough it out and enjoy movies like "12 years a Slave" because theres something in there for us all in there.
Shushers, what can be done about the people who put their needs above others. Who say their needs are better then yours. That your social norm is different from my own and it's wrong and shouldn't be accepted. Quite is the only thing that should happen in the movie theaters. That is... unless they need to send that text to their friends, or take a peak at the time with that bright cell phone screen, but that's okay because its on their terms. We live in a world of double standers everywhere. Its time that people comes to terms with everyone's different and reacts differently to movies on the big screen.
Dog time confuses us all.
Blows my mind! What if its true?!
This is what the internet was made for!

Planning on plugging into a stranger’s computer to charge your phone? You might want to use protection.

NBC really caters to a much younger demographic on tumblr. It's great to see NBC trying something different from just their own news site. Like this device that helps keep your data safe from malicious programs on computers that take your information for financial gain.

EVERYONE IS LONELY I'd be nice if more people realized this more often!
Times have changed. No one could of predicted the way we live now and who knows what the future will look like. It’s an amazing time to be alive I suppose.
