When i was a kid, one of my favorites things was to draw Spongebob everywhere. Today i still do the same, just this moring i drew Spongebob in the dirt on the window of a car, as i usually do. That show was, and is, an important part of my life, you know, i can’t imagine myself as the same without Spongebob. i’m extremely sad, but i’m also very grateful about all Hillenburg made, about how i am who i am thanks for him. Thanks, Stephen Hillenburg, rest in peace. i will carry your name in my heart.

Dakota holding Blaartholomew, from the comic strip Phoebe and Her Unicorn. Dakota is my favorite Phoebe and Her Unicorn character. At first she was just the “antagonist” to Phoebe (as antagonistic as mocking at Phoebe for picking her nose can be), but as soon as she started interacting with the goblins, she went from the stereotipically mean valley girl to an actually complex character, having a frenemy-esque relationship with the main characters, and showing actual positive traits. She is still a stereotipically valley girl, but a more interesting one to watch interacting with others, specially around goblins, and her friendship with Blaartholomew is wholesome as heck. Blaart~♥
