The fic I'm looking for is a recent-ish one. It takes place right after Infinity War, Tony returns from space (like how it was in the film) but the only one to greet him that was still there was steve and was rushed to medical. Steve was surprised he was alive bc to steve Tony had died after Siberia. Tony babbles on about Peter, Dr Strange and GOTG and the Thanos battle. It turns out that Tony realizes this world wasnt his own, he somehow ended up in another universe post IW and its revealed 1/2

That Steve killed his Tony during the CW but Steve thinks that this is his 2nd chance and in his delusions thinks that Thanos abducted Tony after CW. Tony tries to escape medical but Steve grabs him and has him tied to the bed. Steve tells him about the snap and how everyone was dusted. He gets jealous when Tony mentions his relationship with Pepper. I cant recall if there was any dub-non con but it was leaning that way. I think steve thinks tony was tortured bc tony says this isnt his world 2/2
