Ominis:
He has two modes, really: loving, sensual, touch-love-language, little soft words that make you melt vs. rough, biting, praise-kink, call-me-daddy... with not much in-between.
He's not much for PDA, but does not object to holding hands or hooking arms together since that's "acceptable."
Dates would include quiet places mostly, maybe a favourite spot to sit and speak, or take a nap. Definitely a trip or two to Honeydukes. He might even offer to play you some piano. Maybe... rope you in on some of his more subtle pranks.
He smells like flowers. It is his smell because it makes him happy to smell them, so if you also smell of them, it makes him happy, too.
Sebastian:
Love language? Yes. Sometimes it would be service, like getting a new quill from your bag for you. Sometimes it would be holding hands under the table. Sometimes it would be you two staring at each other across a room, or supper. He loves it all, and it might even change from day to day.
Super into PDA. Semi-exhibitionist. Will definitely leave visible marks from any sort of romantic intimacy. Sebastian is the kind of guy to push you against a window and make out with you, not caring who's on the other side, or the consequences.
Dates would be in places you could get into trouble mainly. Restricted Section, forbidden parts of the castle, rooftops where he tries really hard to make it romantic (like flowers and candles that he probably stole.). Definitely would take you for drinks/butterbeers in the nastiest places he could find, to tempt fate so you two would have a chance to duel together. Or just get into a regular ol' bar brawl.
"Fight me!" "Make me!" "Who drew your blood, let me go and pay them a visit--" *feral little growl*

Garreth:
Love language would include service, and likely words, when he could manage them. He'd tempt you with new concoctions, talk your ear off about his little side projects, happily tug you around Honeydukes or an apothecary. Otherwise it would be things like making you take time to relax, to do self-care, insisting that nothing was so important that it couldn't wait until after a catnap.
Into casual touches... until he felt threatened, when they would become much more deliberate and un-mistakable. Oh, so-and-so is looking over here? His hand was on your leg, but now his leg is over your leg, and he's tugging you closer. He's not insecure about your relationship, but he doesn't want anyone to get any ideas.
Ah, dates with Garreth. Aforementioned little excursions. Probably getting into some mischief. He would definitely include you in some of his pranks-- that would likely end up exploding in both of your faces. But also sweet things: probably would try to cook you a meal, or sneak it from the kitchens, anyway. He'd try to notice what you like to do in your spare time and make sure you do it together.
Sweet, a little goofy, often fumbling over himself, especially in the beginning. But really, a romantic at heart. He grew up watching his parents, after all, and his entire family. He wants that.
